Step1. Ultrasonic Cleaning

Unwanted Soldering material Cleaning
This machine is used to clean the PCB board after all the soldering points has been finished, because after soldering, there may be some hangover such as unnecessary solder, rosin, and the materials of facilitating the soldering. Ultrasonic Auto PCB Board Cleaning Machine using ultrasonic shake the hangover out to guaranty clean of the PCB board, so to be lower failure rate of the products.

Step2. Auto Optical Inspection

Soldering Point Checking and Electronic Component inspection
It’s the AOI (Auto Optical Inspection) machine, and it is YAHAM’s latest equipment used to check each soldering point on the PCB board. Instead of checking all the soldering point by naked eyes which is easy to cause inaccuracy and failure of the product, we use this latest machine to make sure no leave out and nonstandard soldering on the PCB board. It also will check if all the devices are mounted on their right position and if they are mounted in the right way.
Step3. High-temperature Test
After AOI, the PCB will be put into this machine for high-temperature test.
High Temp. Testing Machine Under specific environment where is very high temperature and YAHAM’s LED display will be work under that condition, YAHAM will do the high temp. testing of each module to ensure our finished products can stand the high temperature working environment. To ensure the best quality and to have YAHAM’s LED display perform to its best as well as to have our customers gain much more benefit from the display, YAHAM will do what all it can do to its best.
Step4. Module Burning

After the module production is finished, and before they are sent to the next production line, YAHAM will do the module testing following the principle of 72 hours testing for outdoor/indoor modules and with 2~5 mins interval of every 8 hours to power up the modules again. If the module works normally with each 8 hours time phrases, then YAHAM will say it is passed the test. Otherwise, the problem modules will be repaired by technicians. This production process is to find the possible problem at the first time, so to ensure our high quality.
Step5. System Testing
For all of Yaham LED Display products, Yaham Quality control department will apply an whole system inspection process.
Yaham outdoor led display: 72hrs system testing; Yaham indoor led display:48hrs
All the finished products in YAHAM will be fully tested till no problem be found before shipping.
This test ensures yaham's clients and partners buy yaham led display products with fully confidence.
Step6. Vibration Test
Shaking Testing Machine
This LED Display vibration testing machine is designed by YAHAM Research and Development department.
We put a cabinet of the testing LED Display on the machine, then when it is power up, it will do the model vibration which will encounter by the LED display during its shipping or transportation.
After certain minutes of vibration or shaking testing on this machine, YAHAM’s LED display can stand the rude handling during transportation, to make sure the products arrive at the hands of our clients safely.
Step7. Water-proof Test
Waterproof Testing
For the LED display of outdoor application, YAHAM’s LED display can reach to IP 65.
The left picture shows the processing of we are doing the waterproof testing.
This test is based on the level of IP66 to ensure the quality of YAHAM LED Display.
In YAHAM’s principle, each finished cabinet of outdoor application must go though this testing to ensure our finished products can stand low humidity and can be waterproof to be safely used for outdoor application.
