Step1. LED Display PCB Printing

YAHAM designs every PCB board on its own;
Also to make a stainless board to match each PCB board
So that this machine will accurately mark the device mounting place on PCB board by special paint on the board.
Then it can be exactly recognized by SMT machine so to mount devices on their right positions.

Step2. LED Display PCB Auto SMD Process

Soldering Point Checking and Electronic Component inspection
We call this machine SMT Machine or High-Speed Chip Shooter.
We import this machine from Janpan.
With quadruple head and multi-laser alignment the placement race is 13,200cph;
Placement accuracy is ±50µm (3 Sigma).
It makes the SMD mounted with high efficiency and accuracy.
Step3. LED Display PCB Reflow Soldering
Lead-free Reflow Soldering Machine
Model No. V-Soltes / RF-820-LF
We call this machine Lead-free Reflow Soldering Machine;
Also we import this machine from Japan.
It will solder the device on PCB board, which have been mounted by SMT machine.
After the reflow soldering, it is double ensured all the devices have well soldered.
It has 8 temperature areas to ensure the better soldering quality and less destroy for PCB caused by termal strock.
Step4. LED Display Module LED Dip Inserting

We call this machine Auto Plug-in Machine;
Imported from Universal Instruments Corp. USA
Speed: 21,000 cph (0.17 seconds/insertion)
It equals 30 workers.
It will do the led plug-in automaticly.
It can improve work efficiency and avoid static greatly.
Step5. LED Display Module Wave Soldering
Model No. V-Soltes/WS-350PC-LF
Lead-free Wave Soldering Machine.
It will solder the LED lamps to PCB board.
With nitrogen protecting system inside of the machine, it can control a limited oxidation mixed in the air when the soldering.So that the soldering can be well processed to have our finished product more stable.
