We have always been on the edge of technological advancement for 20 years, being the first in the industry to launch optical lens-based products. All of our traffic products are developed based on this efficient patented optical system and precise circuit design, which complies with EN12966 and enables the lens to have the lowest power consumption, the least light pollution and reflection, and the highest contrast ratio, resulting in clear visual images and stable performance.
For conducting an overall energy-saving performance of up to 40%, we self-developed a patented low-power supply method and sleep mode. It improves energy conservation and avoids crosstalk between screens and grids, by adopting a customized asynchronous control system and PCB with the power-saving feature, which also enhances stability and extends the lifespan to over 10 years.
The shielding design provides EMC protection to minimize the impacts of electromagnetic interference. We tailored the anti-interference circuit to isolate the internal and external mutual coupling, to avoid equipment failure, data loss and security threats, which enhances stability, and is highly favored by the military, medical, transportation and security industries.
Complying with EN12966 standard requirements, the products are tested hundreds of times in harsh conditions to ensure ultra-high weatherproof, IP65 protection and reliable operation in -40℃, 70℃, and 93%RH extreme conditions. High stability effectively prevents equipment faults, and decreases maintenance frequency, assuring prompt and accurate public information distribution.
We self-developed the compensation technology based on patented electronic design, intelligent data adaptation and precise transmission docking, to realize automatic brightness compensation, effectively avoiding low luminous efficiency, significant brightness differences, and content distortion caused by devices aging and failure, and improving clarity and delivery to increase road safety.
Based on our strong R&D capability and customization ability, we can tailor-make and integrate protocols such as NCTIP, IO, PROFIBUS, MODBUS, PROFINET, and other required ones to ensure “Interoperability” and “Interchangeability” between the Traffic Control System and Intelligent Transportation System, allowing for efficient traffic management, information sharing, and so on.
