Yaham Chairman Appointed Adjunct Professor at GZUCM

On June 26, 2025, Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine (GZUCM) held its 2025 Commencement and Degree Conferment Ceremony. During the event, Mr. Zhu Haitao, Chairman of Yaham, was appointed as an Adjunct Professor.

GZUCM is one of China’s first “Double First-Class” universities and a key institution under Guangdong’s High-Level University Development Program. The university comprises 15 secondary schools, 4 directly affiliated hospitals, and 10 university-government cooperative hospitals. It offers 23 undergraduate programs, 7 master’s degree programs, 3 doctoral degree programs, and 3 postdoctoral research stations. The university currently has a student population of 21,178.

Yaham is a leading manufacturer in the LED display industry, with 90% of its products exported overseas. The company has ranked fourth in the industry in terms of total overseas exports of LED display products and has held the No.1 global market share in outdoor MiniLED displays. In 2024, Yaham achieved an output value of over RMB 1.2 billion and a net profit exceeding RMB 100 million.

In recent years, Yaham has vigorously promoted LED applications in specialized fields, conducting in-depth research on the hardware and software prospects of fine-pitch LED in the medical sector. Through collaboration with GZUCM, both parties will actively advance the research and industrialization of medical LED applications and information engineering.

Chairman Zhu Haitao stated that being appointed as an Adjunct Professor at GZUCM is a high recognition of Yaham’s corporate culture and social responsibility. Moving forward, Yaham will actively promote university-industry collaboration with GZUCM, focusing on establishing joint laboratories, strengthening talent development, advancing research projects, and driving the industrialization of scientific achievements—aiming to enhance the impact of the LED industry within the medical sector.
