YAHAM Lights up the Largest Outlets Mall in South China

Shenzhen Unibay, with a total investment of over RMB 25 billion and a construction area of 500,000㎡, is the largest outlets complex in South China. Adopting an innovative “Outlets + X” model, it integrates shopping, leisure, entertainment to create a vibrant destination that people love to visit and return to.

Unibay is built by HOROY GROUP, a leading high-end real estate developer in Shenzhen, also one of the key strategic partners of YAHAM. From Uniwalk, Shenzhen Bao’an District’s largest shopping mall, to Uniworld, Shenzhen’s largest commercial complex, and now to the upcoming Unibay, YAHAM has joined forces with HOROY GROUP throughout, transforming urban commercial landmarks with cutting-edge LED display technologies to enhance visual appeal and boost brand value in retail spaces.

Unibay is still under construction and is scheduled to open in 2027. A high-definition outdoor LED screen on its facade is already showcasing brand promotions and leasing information, preparing for a successful launch.

The project employs YAHAM’s E0 Series outdoor LED display, delivering exceptional image quality and superior durability to create an immersive outdoor viewing experience.

Stunning Visuals: Featuring a P10 pixel pitch, a total area of 155㎡, and an impressive brightness of 7,500 nits, the display delivers vivid and crystal-clear images. Powered by Nichia LEDs, it ensures consistent color accuracy, rich saturation, and long-term stability. Even from wide viewing angles, the visuals remain lifelike and immersive, capturing attention and enhancing audience engagement.

High Protection: Positioned beside Exhibition & Convention Bay, the screen is built with IP66-rated front and rear protection, ensuring superior durability and corrosion resistance for reliable, long-term performance.

Flexible Sizes: We have customized large cabinets in 1280×1280 mm and 1280×960 mm. On one hand, they perfectly fit the facade and improve overall flatness. On the other hand, they simplify hoisting operations, speeding up installation.

Easy Maintenance: Designed for front access with a dedicated module sliding rail system, the display allows quick and efficient module removal, inspection, and installation.
