Yaham Traffic Lights up the Huangmaohai Link

The Huangmaohai Link, a cross-sea passage in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA) , opened to traffic on December 11, reducing the travel time between Zhuhai and Jiangmen from over 1 hour to around 30 minutes.

As the western extension of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the project, not only boosts infrastructural connectivity but also strengthens economic and trade ties between core cities in the GBA and the cities in the western part of Guangdong, further promoting and accelerating the integrated and high-quality development of the GBA.

Beijing Gongke Feida Traffic Engineering Development Co., Ltd., the mechanical and electrical engineering construction contractor of the project, after careful evaluation and selection, finally decided to employ Yaham Traffic high-efficiency lighting equipment. In this project, Yaham provided more than 1,000 LED street lights, 3,000 tunnel lights and 10,000 emergency lights in the bridge body, ensuring the safety and aesthetics of the passage.

The tight schedule and high standards posed a significant challenge, testing our expertise and efficiency while maintaining flawless lighting quality. Yaham worked closely with the contractor, kept swift responses and made every effort to ensure smooth delivery of all lighting equipment, making a positive contribution to the development of the GBA.

As night falls, the Huangmaohai link stretches across the sea like a gleaming silver dragon, dotted with 885 street lights resembling strings of radiant pearls , casting a soft glow that complements the setting sun.
